Custom-Made Products
All items are custom-made to order using high-quality print-on-demand production. Because each piece is created specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, your item may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only in the case of:

• Items arriving damaged

• Incorrect orders due to our error

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We will either replace the item or offer a refund.

Restocking Fee
For approved returns on non-custom items (if applicable), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.

Color & Sizing
Please double-check product descriptions, sizing charts, and preview images before ordering. Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and print processes.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
